My friend, S came back from UK and she's going to be back to UK in a few days time. I wanted to see her but it seemed that her time was fully occupied. So I just talked to her on the phone few days ago.  Suddenly, yesterday morning a friend called me that a meeting with S would be held at Uncle Lim's cafe in Subang Parade on that day itself. Quickly, I put away all my stuff which I was supposed to prepare for lunch. When I was ready, I went to the shop for a short while and told my boss about my urgent trip to PJ. So off I drove and I reached Sunway Pyramid.  I waited for my friend who then led me to Subang Parade  as I was not sure of the way there. In Prague, we stayed at Courtyard Marriot for two nights. After visiting the salt mine, we were taken to Restaurant Maxim for a Polish lunch. Here's what we had.. the soup the main dish the dessert

The Salt Mine near Krakow shouldn't be missed in Poland. We were brought into the salt mine accompanied by the officer in charge.. I paid 10 Zloty which was equivalent to RM10 for a pass in photography.. Here's the tickets which were already included in our tour package. Look at the salt formation.. and lastly we came to a chapel.. I saw this young mum happily feeding her little girl magnum ice-cream. I was fascinated. As I had my camera with me, I quickly took a shot of both of them.  This photo gave me an idea to create another contest..that is the "Kids Love Ice-Cream Contest". So this cute little girl becomes the first contestant. I watched out for kids buying ice-cream and I took a shot of them posing with their ice-cream. Now I have 17 kids as contestants. I still need another 4 kids to complete my quest for those pictures. Hop over to Chang Jiang to have a peep at those kids and vote for them.. The contest will be over on 1 November whereby the grand winner who has the most 'likes' will win a box of Nestle/Walls ice-cream of his/her choice. The others, the consolation winners will also get to win an ice-cream stick of whatever type from Nestle/Walls.

I wanted to get something for Annie's godmum, Brenda, for her hospitality. Annie said she loves gardening and I could see that for myself too. So Annie took me to get some plants for her.  I chose these two plants which Brenda doesn't have in her garden..  Calluna Heather (Beauty Lady) Houseleek Bought them and gave to Brenda. She was happy and she told us that she would build a rock garden for the new plants. Annie will take some photos for me to view when it's done.. By the way, in England, they don't use the word 'aunty' or 'uncle'. So Annie's godmum would love to hear her name called. I hope my gift to Brenda will survive for years to come.. Thank you, Brenda! Annie took me for a last minute shopping at Eastgate before I left Essex. such unique sculpture the interior bought a belt for Annie as she loves it Poundland is just like our RM5 shop.. bought a scarf for myself We got to hurry as time was very limited.. Hope to visit it again some day..
