Fitline during Beijing Trip

Image
Well, this post was posted in Jun 2011. It's two years ago. I was amazed to see Fitline products in Lina's blog. It sort of inspires me to talk about Fitline but not about running with Fitline. I used to run in 2006 with Fitline Fitness Drink. It really helped to boost my stamina when I was working out at the gym. It also helped to maintain my stamina when I was running in 2006. Not the grand marathons but just the small runs organised by the Ipoh runners Club.  Looking through my posts about Fitline, I want to share this post. Also to remember my Afternoon Supervisor, Pn Sofiah. She had been the best teacher I had ever met. She has already retired and I hope to look her up one fine day. I missed her.. So here goes my story.. I went to Beijing in June 2006. It was about a year since I started consuming Fitline. I had been successful and I was still eager to promote it at that time. I brought along the products to Beijing. I let my tour people tried it but I didn't m

Husband Father's Day Poem

Father poems don't always have to be from sons and daughters. A poem for dad on Father's Day could be from a wife. Here's a husband Father's Day poem, a Father's Day poem from a wife to the man she married. The Best Man I Ever Knew   When we married, I saw you as perfect, The ideal husband and more; I thought I knew all about you, All the things to love and adore. But when you became a father, I saw new qualities to treasure. You enrich all our lives in fresh ways; As a dad, you bring so much pleasure. Our child/children is/are forever blessed To have a father like you, And I love you more than ever, You’re the best man I ever knew.   By Joanna Fuchs

My friend in England

Image
I have a friend, SS. We were neighbors when we were in secondary school. We used to cycle to school together. She is a great friend of mine. After we left Form 5, she and another friend, SL left for England to do nursing. They actually asked me if I wanted to go with them. But I was not able to do so. Firstly, I had financial constrain and secondly, I couldn't stand the sight of blood. So off they went and we kept in touch with each other. Finally, when they had finished the nursing course, SS stayed back but SL came back. SS got married to an English man and she has two handsome boys. She used to come back to Malaysia every 2 years or so. We used to meet each other. This time round, I will be visiting her. I have just got in touch with her. I told her that I would be free on the last day of my Europe tour. She said that she would call me then and I hope we could meet each other again as the last time I saw her was in May 2008.

Salted Chicken

Image
After our dim sum, we headed to the railway station. On the way, I drove past the Aun Kheng Lim Salted Chicken Shop. My friends wanted to get the salted chicken so I made a stop. They went to the shop and came back with three packets.. This packet was for me.. Thanks, my friend! When we reached the station, the ETS came shortly.. Goodbye, my friends.. See both of you again soon..

My treat at Qi Yuan

Image
Both my friends, WSL and SSL, came to Ipoh to meet us last Friday. They stayed at my place and the next morning, I took them for breakfast at Qi Yuan before they had their ETS ride back to KL. SSL wanted to pay for the breakfast but of course, I wouldn't let. I was the host. Host should pay..     Nice meeting both of you, WSL and SSL. Cherish our friendship..
