Experiences

This morning, I got up early to change the dressing for May's wound. I fed her a bun but with her medication inside each piece of it. She ate them hungrily. Then she got up and urinated. I washed the area and then I fed her with Fitline Basics, my supplement which I hope would improve her general health. Then I went to work early as the boss had a meeting to attend at 10am. So today I was the boss. I put the ang pow snake around the neck of the 'Choi San Yeh'. And do you know that he could sing the Chinese New Year songs with just a clap of my hands?  My, I hadn't had breakfast so my boy went to 'tapau' economy rice for both of us. Since my girl had to go back on Saturday after lunch, I decided to cook western breakfast.  here's the basics without the baked beans and the cilli sauce Before breakfast, my girl had put up two photo frames for me.  They were put in my room. She took the effort to print out those pictures. Thanks girl for those lovely photos being put in the frames. So we had a hearty breakfast. Too full to even thought of lunch. my plate of brunch My girl added cheese, her favorite. My boy love the nuggets and the wedges. They gave me an 'A' for my preparation :) dessert: green beans with sago So before I went to the shop, I packed a set of the breakfast for my boss. but it's actually his lunch As I didn't cook dinner, I was blessed with fried bihun from my worker's mother. The boss had porridge. Thank you for those food and Happy Yan Yat!

Another simple lunch before I went to work. fried fish, stewed meat and stir-fried cauliflower My girl went to the shop with me. She stayed at the shop so I could go out to TNB to pay our electrical bills. I had to wait for some time. While waiting, I called my ex-colleague and my ex-course mate. It's been a long time since we last chatted. Nice to talk to them for a while before my turn came.. Went back to the shop and worked as usual. Later in the afternoon, my friend who owns a computer shop called me. She was supposed to pick up my girl's laptop as it has problem. It was just newly bought from her. She came in alone and I asked for her kids. When they came in, I gave them an ang pow each. They were so happy. Such lovely family. My girl and I came back earlier at about 9pm and we went out for dinner. After dinner, I fetch my boy back from his meeting place with his friends.. Just cook a simple lunch before I went to work as usual. I liked the fried 'siew yok' the most. When we reopened our business on the 4th day, the boss gave ang pows to his staff and workers. The little boy came to my desk and showed me the ang pow umbrella. It was beautiful! Took a shot of the kids with their father who posted the umbrella handicraft They gave the umbrella to me and I was stunned.. Thanks! Quickly prepared lunch as I would be out for my dental appointment. A friend wanted to visit me and I told him that I would be out at 10.30am. I finished cooking at 9.30am. Quickly took a bath and my friend came at 9.45am.. my plate of long beans with minced meat rice We chit-chatted about his job and stay in Kucing. Before he left at 10.30am, I gave him some goodies and an ang pow too.. He gave me some goodies from Kucing too. My dental appointment was at 11am. I brought along some oranges and groundnuts for my dentist. Did scaling and also filled up two minor cavities and refilled a molar's old fillings with white cement. I have a space between my two molars and she suggested that I either do a denture or bridges. I chose bridges and I will get it done soon. It's going to cost me a bomb! Anyway, it's better than an implant. Actually a denture is much cheaper but I don't think I like it as it needs to be taken on and off. So troublesome! The...

Breakfast is very important so I needed to prepare breakfast this morning. Spent some time preparing it before I woke up all of them.    fried bihun noodles with bean sprouts, fish cakes and omelette. After breakfast, we went out shopping for a pair of sports shoes for my boy as he needed them for his badminton time at the Ipoh stadium. After sending my boy to his friend's meeting place, we went to Kek Look Tong near Gunung Rapat. the entrance many tourists were there I like this structure of the dragon. the interior view My husband prayed to the three Buddhas.
