A new house for the new year

Finally, my husband decided to take a break on the new year. We went down to Shah Alam..





We were there earlier so we got to wait for our agent..



In a short while at 12pm, the agent came and we were led to the house..

It has yet to be finalised..

    2. no need to do much renovation as the developer have already fully built the back portion of the house for you. Only maybe inside some renovation inside of the house.No need headache get approval to renovate from the relevant authourities

  21. What a modern and nice house! I like the facade which is so neat and clean cut design. I also like the cemented back lane which will not grow lalangs! LOL

  22. Reasonable price! Do you know in Singapore, a flat with only two bedrooms also cost RM700k, but your new house got two storeys! Really reasonable.
