Exercise

Those days I used to do stretching when I was at the gym. Sometimes I did it in the park too. But I haven't done any stretching at the park or gym ever since I started helping at my husband's shop.

Well, last week I had the urge to try those equipments at the park. I just did on two of them..

It was a hot morning..I just jogged a bit..



and when I reached this junction, I had to go for my favorite equipment..

 I used to be able to do a quick ten but this time I couldn't reach that..


Next, I tried this push-up equipment. It's much easier.

It was a good sweat-out..I would love to do it again..

  3. Good that you are back to healthy exercise routine. We will be more alert and strong when we have adequate exercise....

    Inside the shop you can even do stretching from the chair itself. When we fly China Airlines, they will always show video clips before landing to encourage passengers to do simple stretchings on their seat. So easy yet so rejuvenating.
