wrong bike

Yesterday, an Indian customer came to buy some stuff from our shop. He used to park his bike right in front of our shop.

After settling his bill, he walked out and he was shocked as he couldn't find his bike. Apparently someone had ridden away his bike. But how the heck that person could use his bike as it was locked! His key was still with him.

All he could do was to wait. After a short while, his bike came back. Someone was ridding it. It was a Chinese man. He returned the bike and apologized profusely. Seemed he had thought that was his bike. Furthermore, his key could start the bike. He presumed it was his until he came to a junction. He realised something was wrong with that bike. There was no basket fixed to the bike! His very own bike has a basket!

Immediately he realised that he must have ridden the wrong bike.

Everyone had a good laugh. So later my staff bought 4D and guess what? The number came out as consolation prize! Wow!

Guess luck has came to our shop as a disguise..

Well, I would like to announce my top three regular commenters. All in, I have 29 posts in October not including this post.

They are Small Kucing, SK and Yan!

Congratulations!

    1. This incident makes me recall of my own encounter.

I used to ride my mom's bicycle to buy newspaper from nearby stall. Once I rode the wrong bicycle and realized it halfway! Had returned it back to the owner (whom was the newspaper vendor) with red face, hahaha!

    2. Sometimes it just happens when we are in a hurry. I experienced once when I tried to put my key into a keyhole which belonged to another car but exactly the same color and made. Furthermore it's parked just beside me.. :)

  18. Guess when the bikes get older any key could start off the engine. Like I saw a case the lorry driver using a screw driver to start the engine haha. The Chinese man must have drank lots of Oolong tea haha..Congratz to the winners.
