My Birthday Cupcakes

Three hours ago, my girl came to the shop and started collecting some items for baking chocolate yoghurt cupcakes. She told me that she wanted to bake cupckes for my birthday. We don't need to buy a ready made cake from the cake shop. That was a good idea. When I came back from work after an hour, she was in the process of preparing the batter. I helped her to mix the batter and preheat the oven at 170 degree celcius.

I placed the dark chocolate at the bottom of the paper cups.
She scooped the batter onto the paper cups.
She sprinkled some chocolate rice and chopped almond on top of the cup cakes.
Baked the cup cakes for 18 minutes.
The cupcakes were ready.

My girl said we would start eating in a short while..
I'm feeling hungry right now..

  11. You are so lucky that your kids could bake. I never baked anything for my mother and I better do it soon as she is so old now.

  12. What a clever idea to place the dark chocolates at the bottom so that it will taste rich and yummy!
I still owe SK cup cakes and have never got down to do it.

  13. I used to bake cup cakes almost every weekends in US and fed my Korean & Japanese friends. My American neighbour taught me a good trick that I wish to share with you.

He kept the chocolate chips in the freezer overnight and place them into the mixture to bake. When the cup cakes were done, the chips did not melt fully and you could still get the shape when cooled!
