Usually my mum would prepare meals for my family. But for the whole of this week, she is on vacation. So, I have to take over her task especially the preparation of meals.
Here, I have a very simple menu for lunch today.
deep-fried taufu,
stir-fried long beans with fish cake
and
barley with fu chokMy children are very simple. They just take what is given. Same as my husband. I brought the lunch for him in a tiffing carrier. He ate his lunch at the shop.
Do you cook your own meals?
eggs considered? =)
