I bought this small poster from somewhere many years ago. Simply because it has simple phrases with easy understanding.

  10. Sounds like good rules to follow. :-) I Googled "Agar-agar" and found out what it is and that it is approximately 80% fiber. Good stuff.
    I did the same for "heatiness" and I understand what it means but just had never heard the word before.

    I figured the translation of gang wouldn't mean the same thing, but I saw the word gang and the gang of men who always hangout there. So I new some fun could be had. :-)
