The Cuckoo
14/6/10 We had our buffet lunch at The Cuckoo restaurant.
The Cuckoo offers a delectable smorgasbord in a warm family atmosphere with quality entertainment. It also offers an abundance of food to satisfy any gourmet.
This is the biggest cuckoo clock in the world!
It's easy to go "cuckoo" over Cuckoo Restaurant, a highly renowned German smorgasbord restaurant lodged in a Bavarian-style chalet in the Dandenong Ranges. From sauerkrauts to schnitzels and beyond, Cuckoo Restaurant's smorgasbord runs the gamut of European eats, ensuring that nobody leaves with an empty stomach. Open since 1958, this iconic eatery is a popular pit stop for tourists in need of a more-than-decent feed, as well as a day trip in and of itself.
