My hamster family

Sammie gave birth to 5 cute hamsters on the 14 July this year. There are three males and two females babies. Now they are all grown-ups, 4 months and 11 days old.. 

Both of my girls love them very much. Since my eldest girl is in UK, the youngest one has to care for them. She is fond of taking pictures of them and even playing with them..

On the left are all the males with their daddy and on the right are the females with their mummy. Can you guess which are their daddy and mummy?

My girl would usually buy the bedding and food for the hamsters but since she's not around, I have to take over her chores. Recently I just bought 3 pckets of hamster food at RM18 per packet. Hope they will last for some time..

But their daddy is not feeling well..My girl is so concerned and asked me to take him to the vet again. He had seen the vet twice recently.

    Hamsters are cute! I love playing them but will not keep one, hehe :P I am afraid that they'll escape from the cage and I'll have a hard time finding them cause they're so tiny! :P

    So how much did the vet charge for one visit? what is wrong with the hamster?

      just like human charges..Hammie has a growth but it has dropped after seeing the vet. Now he has another problem underneath his legs.

    i think they are rather delicate and one problem is that they are too active, sometimes with unpredictable behavior and short lifespan..

    if i were to have a pet for myself, i think most probably i would choose a dog.. i love dog, especially if they can get closed and be very loyal to the owner..

    and yeah, i think i do really like dogs, haha!! and people say human and dog can get to be friends and there will be a very strong bond between.. there are some movies that talk about this relationship that i find very interesting..

    The hamsters are cute!! But I cannot keep pets cos no time to take care of them. They will die of hunger! LOL!

    Hamster is cute! I only had hamster as pet for several hours.

    I like to see it runs around the cage and nibbles its kuaci.

    Reminds me a a friend named Hamlet but people teased him as hamster oh dear. Lovable creatures have not kept any at home only fishes as pet. Hope papa hamster gets well soon.

Twin bananas

Today this cute little darling visited me. His grandparents brought him over for the very first time. He's so cute as he smiled readily. I was tempted to carry him and he was fine with that. Some babies don't like strangers.  I carried him and kissed his cheek several times..So adorable. Without hesitation, I gave him an ang pow. his granddad put him on the table and I took a shot of him.. When I went back home in the evening, I realized that the bunch of bananas at the altar has ripen. I brought the bunch to my shop and shared with my people. There was this particular twin bananas and my worker wanted them. She peeled them and I could see that they were adjoined all the way down. Well, old wives tale has it that those ladies who ate them would give birth to twins in future..
