Senseless Act
On Wednesday morning, I came out from my house and I smelt something burning. Looking far ahead, I saw black smoke emitting from there.
As I was driving out, I gave a turn to that area and saw this heap of stuff being burnt. I had witnessed many open burning in the past but I didn't snapped a picture of them before.
This time, I did it as no one was around.
So after an hour when I came back, that stuff was still burning. Imagine how much carbon dioxide it had been releasing..
you should snap the photo while there IS somebody there~~
ReplyDeleteYou know what? it is damn sickening that most of us have such an attitude of " if it is everybody's business, it it nobody's business" we just can't care more and care less.
ReplyDeleteI take it upon myself to teach my two boys from young that they should not be in all ways selfish, even just a simple act of littering is a no no to me.
I hope the generations to come will be a better ones,,
take care now and have a great weekend ya
Hope it stops!

open burning is so unhealthy. The air....all polluted. Can't even breath.
ReplyDeleteSK, no one was there at that moment.
ReplyDeleteeugene, that has become a very unscrupulous habit.
ReplyDeletemNhl, I simply hate the act of open burning.
ReplyDeleteThis sort of thing too common... But to report to police, you need proof.
ReplyDeleteIt useless to report as the authority would turn a blind eyes :(
ReplyDeleteLots of people like that...and the authorities will not bother unless there's a serious problem...and when all's ok again, it's back to square one...
ReplyDeleteIt is an unhealthy action...
ReplyDeleteThe police are too lazy to respond. They prefer to setup roadblocks for ahem aheam.... u know la!

Try to catch them red-handed using your camera then make police report. Must teach them a good lesson. :)
ReplyDeleteThis must stop.
