Sugar Cane ice-cream

I bought a packet of sugar cane which cost RM3 at the Ramadan Bazaar last Sunday..

Upon reaching home, I quickly poured it into a tea pot. It filled up till the rim.

With care, I poured it into the plastic which was given by my friend.

Managed to fill up 8 tubes.

Luckily I had stopped by to buy the sugar cane. Otherwise, I wouldn't have met my long-lost colleague. She has transferred to another school. I'm glad that I found her. She was my best colleague when we were teaching in the same school..

Selamat Berpuasa to my dearest friend!
Selamat Hari Raya to her and her family!
