Trick -or- treating is a customary celebration for children on Halloween . Children go in costume from house to house, asking for treats such as candy or sometimes money, with the question, " Trick or treat ?" The word " trick " refers to a (mostly idle) threat to perform mischief on the homeowners or their property if no treat is given. To celebrate Halloween, my children and I decided to bake a cake and simply decorated it. It turned out ugly. The ugliest cake I had ever baked! It wouldn't be Halloween without trick -or- treating . This morning, I went to the Ipoh Immigration Office to renew my passport. When I reached there, I headed straight to the form counter. The officer asked me if I wanted a 2 year or a 5 year passport. He told me that it's only RM100 for 2 years passport. That was very tempting but it took me a while to think. When I decided a 5 year passport, he pointed to the kiPPas .
