Japanese meals (7 June 2015)

As usual, we had buffet breakfast at the hotel. My western breakfast As for lunch, we had a fulfilling one.. love this noodles tempura is definitely my favorite meat to pan-fry small steam-boat I love its smoothness of chawanmushi As for dinner, we had a buffet at the hotel. Hokkaido crabs..I just had a piece of it. Too salty for me.. Variety of food. My dessert Sushi which my girl had. It was fun as we were needed to wear the yukata provided by the hotel. Experiencing the Japanese culture was not to be missed. ( A yukata (浴衣) is a Japanese garment, a casual summer kimono usually made of cotton or synthetic fabric, and unlined. Yukata are worn by men and women.)

Japanese meals (6 June 2015)

We had buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant. I still preferred western food for my breakfast. For lunch, we had this unique Japanese food.  Very satisfying.. We had barbecue again for dinner. This time, it was not fun anymore. The heat from barbecuing was killing me.. My face was reddened and my chest was congested. I quickly had some fresh air at the rest area. In fact, I am not a barbecue person. I dislike it. For this, I gave it a thumb down.

Japanese meals (5 June 15)

First day in Japan. We had buffet lunch. I took a variety of it.. Salmon not to be missed.. Udon quite satisfying.. Sashimi.. I just took 2 pieces as I was not so keen. Anyway, it tasted good. We had barbeque for dinner. We had beef, pork, chicken and sausages. The pork was not really lean. As for the beef, it tasted delicious without any peculiar smell. Believe me, it was the first time I actually tasted beef. Previously, I refused it as it had a kind of smell. The meat must had been marinated well.. Satisfying meals.
