Experiences

Got up early in the morning and we started our journey to KL at 6.30am. We reached Tapah at about 7.30am. We had our breakfast before we continued out journey to our new place.  Tapah rest stop is rather patriotic in view of the Merdeka day. We reached our intended destination at about 9.45am. After spending some time over there, we headed to USJ for our lunch. I was curious about this vegetable.  It was tasty. After lunch, we headed to 1U for a shopping spree. Actually I wanted to redeem a Samsung tablet for the boss but it was out of stock. So he got to wait for a week to get his new toy. Shopped at hush Puppies as it offered great discounts. Before we called it a day, we had our tea break at Miam Miam.  I had tasted the squid ink spaghetti before when I was in Penang recently and I didn't like it. So this time, I didn't touch this plate. I was supposed to drive back to Ipoh but the boss didn't stop for me to take over. So he drove

 I bought a cake to celebrate for three August birthday girls..  Yan's birthday was on the 1st, Yee's actual birthday fell on the 20th and Har's birthday fell on the 14th.. Last time, I usually bought cakes for them but they were not distributed. This time I made Yee cut the cake. Then I continued with the distribution to our people. Yesterday was the last day of work for Har. She was my cashier for exactly 6 years. She has her own family affair that made her resigned. The boss was kind enough to get her a new watch. I got her a bottle of perfume earlier. Happy retirement, Har! So as from today, I got to get to work early. I haven't found a new cashier yet!

My friends and I decided to go on a 'Jalan-jalan cari makan' trip to Penang. We had fixed a day which was suitable for most of us. Hence we were there last weekend. We tried most of the delicious food but these two were a little different to me.. chee cheong fun with shrimp paste curry noodles with pork blood We stayed a night at the Gurney Hotel From the hotel room, we could witness the perfect view of Penang. The Paragon Mall is just a short distance away.. So we walked along the Gurney Drive.. .. to have our dinner at Sukhkotai I love this green curry the most! My very first pose with a Jalur Gemilang in June 2006 Merdeka Day is just at the end of this month and I had thought of a challenge for my customers/friends at ChangJiang facebook. Participants are needed to get a Jalur Gemilang and pose creatively with it. Contest ends on the 24 August. I hope to see more creative poses rather than just holding it. Anyone can take part and there is surely a gift for all participants.  Welcome and have fun!

Recently I was totally into WhatsApp chatting. Started with my family where we get updates from each other. Then with my siblings. But I was not totally involved. Since I created my very first WhatsApp named @ChangJiang, I am very committed. I have included those who are considered closed customers/friends. Then as I don't have all the phone numbers of my schoolmates, I suggested to my close friend to create it. She has all the phone numbers. It was created @Convent and we were totally committed. Imagine receiving hundreds of comments everyday after my work. Not long ago, a friend included me @MPSK which was my college. Guess it's now the trend where it's so easy to get in touch. Previously, after work, I would spend most of my time updating my blogs. But presently, I need to update my chats with my three active groups.
