Parasol

The term parasol usually refers to an item designed to protect from the sun, and umbrella refers to a device more suited to protect from rain.

During the Victorian Era, parasols were used not only by fashion conscious women, but also by power elite males.

They provide an effective shield from the sun and they are an important part of the overall dress ensemble.

blue, pink and peach embroidery parasols

The above parasols were so lovely. They were for sales at the Repulse bay. I should have got hold of it!

The word umbrella is from the Latin word umbra which means shade or shadow.

By the way, how many umbrellas do you own? Do you prefer the large, medium or the small ones? I like to use the large ones when it's raining dogs and cats.

umbra--n : a region of complete shadow resulting from total obstruction of light

Umbel--A flat-topped inflorescence(flowering part of a plant) in which the pedicels all originate from a single point, much like the struts of an umbrella. Queen-Anne's-lace (Daucus carota) has umbelliform inflorescences.

There have been times of troubles when I felt unhappy missing knowledge about opportunities of getting high yields on investments. I was a dump and downright pessimistic person.
I have never imagined that there weren't any need in large initial investment.
Nowadays, I'm happy and lucky , I started to get real income.
It gets down to select a correct companion who uses your funds in a right way - that is incorporate it in real deals, and shares the income with me.

You may ask, if there are such firms? I'm obliged to tell the truth, YES, there are. Please get to know about one of them:
