Kuala Lumpur

3Feb2011

When we reached the hotel, we were too tired to go anywhere. We had our shower and took a nap. At about 9pm, we were hungry. We needed to find food for dinner.

We leisurely walked out of the hotel and ready to explore the city.

Just outside the hotel, I could see the KL Tower.

Opposite the hotel, I could view the Petronas Twin Towers!

Isn't it magnificent?

There's a 7 Eleven just opposite the road. We bought a few things and then had burgers at Wendy's just beside it.

After satisfying our hunger, we explored further. Oh, the Bintang Walk is just further down the road!

At this point, we didn't go further as it was getting late. This "Yes" ad caught my attention!

See, the road was even decorated with lanterns. Well, it was not actually quiet!
So many cars on the road!

We called it a day and walked back happily to the hotel. The next day, we visited some awesome places of interest.

  4. Not quiet? Guess you were not there on the eve and 1st day...or maybe KL like here, business goes on as usual - economy no good, can't afford to close for so long like before.

You did not go to Jalan Alor? And if you go straight along the lane to the right of the hotel, you will get to Changkat Bukit Bintang where all the nightlife in KL is... All the posh fancy restaurants and what not are there.
