Thaipusam Holiday treat

Since we bought the non-stick pan recently, my boy has been using it frequently. This morning, I tried to make a pancake with it.

Simply beat up two eggs.
Add some light soya sauce.
Pour it on the heated pan.
Then arrange the sliced bananas over it.

Flip half way to cover the other half.
There you are, a Thaipusam holiday treat!
Happy Thaipusam!

  6. Happy Thaipusam! Did you use any flour at all? No flour then it would be an omelette banana wrap. Sweet and savoury, I wonder how I would like the taste.

  8. Happy Thaipusam! Vel Vel Vel!!!...

I love Banana Pancakes. I saw the famous stall in Penang that sells this with long queue everyday. The boss added some plain flour and even raisins & milk. No wonder they sell like hot cakes.
