Day 1 Hong Kong

Hello!

The Pearl of the Oriental Hong Kong

The name "Hong Kong" is an approximate phonetic rendering of the Cantonese pronunciation of the spoken Cantonese name "香港", meaning "fragrant harbour" in English.

Hong Kong is located on China's south coast, 60 km (37 mi) east of Macau on the opposite side of the Pearl River Delta.
