Sunway Lagoon

Sunway Lagoon Theme Park is located in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Nowhere better for a splish-splash in the water than one of the water theme parks in Selangor and the first water themed park in Malaysia has been providing worlds of adventure for the whole family since 1992.

Sunway Lagoon, spanning 33 hectares, is a must experience for those who enjoy fun in the sun. Here, you get wet and wild in the Water Park.

The Sunway Lagoon is a place to cool off on a hot day. Kids can enjoy the water at Lake Kariba and Kalahari Kids area.

My two kids were there with the help from their two uncles.


Both of them enjoyed themselves together with their uncles.


Her aunt was watching as her uncle was pushing her along.


Both were ready to climb into the frog's mouth.


Her uncle encouraged her to slide down.


She made it!


Wah..heroin for the day!


The children really had a fun-filled time there.

    My family is planning to visit Sunway Lagoon in the new year. I heard that it is a fun place for kids. I am just confused over which route to take from Singapore if it is not via North South Highway.

    i actually miss this kind of fun in the water, my family used to go to pools and beaches back there in the Phils. Now beaches and pools here are way too cold to enjoy

    Great fun for the kids there!
    We have a water Park near Turin, which is called "Cupole Lido" and has all sorts of slides, games, waves, etc for kids and adults.

    I brought my young son for a holiday there many years ago. He didn't enjoy himself but it was too crowded.

    To be honest, except for the water fun activities, I don't find the theme park interesting. Somehow, it lacked the kind of facilities I have seen in other better theme parks.

    Entry fees are not cheap too.

    I haven't been to sunway Lagoon and enjoy the water park since I was mere 12y/o.

    Would be nice to go again, but I will choose a day when it isn't this crowded to go :P.

    I enjoy Sunway Lagoon, but they should keep introducing or refreshing the place every 6 months to a year to keep the crowd. Well, that's just me anyway. :-)

    Nice to see your family enjoy @ Sunway Lagoon. Yes, it is a very nice family outing place, the only thing is is too crowded during holiday and weekend. I missed the Sunway Pyramid too ;)

At Harrods

We visited the famous Harrods.. the Harrods building   the store's interior has an Ancient Egyptian theme... Harrods is a high-end department store located in Brompton Road in Brompton , in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea , London . The store occupies a 5-acre (20,000 m 2 ) site and has over one million square feet ( 90,000 m 2 ) of selling space in over 330 departments.   The Harrods motto is Omnia Omnibus Ubique—All Things for All People, Everywhere . Several of its departments, including the seasonal Christmas department and the Food Hall, are world famous.

Twin bananas

Today this cute little darling visited me. His grandparents brought him over for the very first time. He's so cute as he smiled readily. I was tempted to carry him and he was fine with that. Some babies don't like strangers.  I carried him and kissed his cheek several times..So adorable. Without hesitation, I gave him an ang pow. his granddad put him on the table and I took a shot of him.. When I went back home in the evening, I realized that the bunch of bananas at the altar has ripen. I brought the bunch to my shop and shared with my people. There was this particular twin bananas and my worker wanted them. She peeled them and I could see that they were adjoined all the way down. Well, old wives tale has it that those ladies who ate them would give birth to twins in future..
