Salted Chicken
A friend has just gone through her confinement period and her baby is already one month old. Normally there is a celebration for a month old baby. Those days, I remembered receiving nasi kunyit, curry chicken and red eggs. I especially loved the nasi kunyit.
Nowadays, it is much simpler. This friend ordered salted chicken from the shop.
I didn't eat the chicken. I just ate a red egg. The rest I gave to my workers. But I kept the chicken in the fridge. The next morning, I boiled a herbal soup with the salted chicken. The soup was tasty and my husband loved it.
WOw! I am hungry now - I want the salted chicken, red eggs and angkoo! : D
