Salmon

I went marketing and I saw the salmon fish. I haven't bought any salmon before so I thought why not I buy it. I asked for the price and it's only RM10.30. Grabbed it! It's considered cheap already..

I usually would go for fish should I eat out. Most of the time I would opt for salmon and it's not cheap.

Well, the boss told me to just slightly fry it and it would be nice. So I fried it with less oil. It came out looking yummy. I had three quarter of it for my lunch. A quarter was kept for my girl..

 before..

after..

Too bad she didn't like it so I finished up the quarter for dinner..

  2. I like salmon too. Last time I cooked it in the microwave. I made a sauce with some sour cream, mayonnaise, a bit of lemon juice and Tamari sauce and mixed it well. I placed it on top of the salmon, then added some herbs and olive oil. I covered the dish and cooked it 3 minutes in the microwave, then turned the fish over and cooked it 3 or 4 minutes. It was moist and delicious.

  17. Just marinade with Teriyaki Sauce and pan sear/lightly fry the salmon with a little oil. Retain the oil to make fried rice later. Any leftover fist can be used to make garlic fried rice with salmon flakes - Simple Japanese dinner.
