Assam Curry Fish
I love assam curry fish and I usually would buy it. My mum can cook well too. But I didn't make the effort to learn it. However, this morning, I wanted to try cooking it but it would be very simple...
I got the Baba's curry powder and the assam jawa ready.
Stirr-fried the sliced big onions and the chopped garlic.
Poured in the curry powder paste and the assam jawa juice.
Added a pinch of salt and some sugar.
Added the fish and simmered them.
Lastly, served it with rice..
yummy..
