Curry Vermicelli

My mum came to my place on Thursday and she told me that my Chinese calender birthday falls today. She told me she cooked misua for my sister last month when she was in KL. I have already got a box of vermicelli and a tray of eggs.

This morning, I sent my boy to school and on my way back, I dropped at the restaurant and packed three packets of noodles with two packets of soup. One normal soup and the other was curry.

When I reached home, I started to cook breakfast for myself.

Opened the new box of vermicelli
Put the vermicelli into the boiling water.
The vermicelli's ready..
Poured into the bowl and topped with lettuce and eggs.

Poured the normal soup and some curry soup too..

First time I tried misua with curry soup.

Scrumptious and I even drank the soup too..

Happy Birthday to myself!
My birthday doesn't come every year
as sometimes the seventh month has only 29 days..
