Elbow crutch

My boy, my girls and I went for a movie, "Captain America" last Sunday evening. It was a nice movie. Finally when it had ended, my eldest girl still wanted to stay put. But I couldn't wait to go back. I walked down the steps. Suddenly I heard a noise from behind. She had missed a step and she couldn't walk. Both my boy and I helped her to the exit of the theater and walked further to the entrance of the building.

My car was parked opposite the building so I had to bring it nearer to the entrance. Luckily it was a quiet night so I just drove the car across the one-way wide road. My boy and my youngest girl helped her to the car. It was not easy though. She's heavy!

It was almost 9pm when we brought her to the sinseh for the herbal wrap. It cost RM15.

She told me to get her an elbow crutch. I searched for it at a few pharmacies and finally I got it on Thursday. For the past few days, I got her cool fever to be put on her ankle. Hope her sprain will heal fast.


 She had been staying in the house recuperating from her sprain for the past few days. So tonight we brought her to Yeolde English for her fish and chips.
I ordered soup noodles.

 Two of them enjoyed their food happily.

    oh dear, hope your girl is alright now... maybe like what I sprained my ankle too when I missed a step last time and I landed on the ground... went to sinseh too for the wraps.. yes, have to be immobile for a few days...

    May your eldest daughter rest more and get well soon! Last time my friend also missed a step and fractured her foot so her foot had to be in a cast for about a month.

    Hope she has recovered by now. This is something new to learn that we can paste the Kool Fever patch on any sprains! I always thought it could work on the forehead only. You are such a clever mama!

Twin bananas

Today this cute little darling visited me. His grandparents brought him over for the very first time. He's so cute as he smiled readily. I was tempted to carry him and he was fine with that. Some babies don't like strangers.  I carried him and kissed his cheek several times..So adorable. Without hesitation, I gave him an ang pow. his granddad put him on the table and I took a shot of him.. When I went back home in the evening, I realized that the bunch of bananas at the altar has ripen. I brought the bunch to my shop and shared with my people. There was this particular twin bananas and my worker wanted them. She peeled them and I could see that they were adjoined all the way down.
