Leaving the company

Lim was with us and he left us for a month to work in KL. He came back as he was not used to the work stress in KL. He was offered a better salary. Since Jan 2013 he was working hard but he was not smart enough according to the boss. Finally he gave up and yesterday was his final day in Chang Jiang. His dad asked him to go back to his shop to work instead. 

I bought him a cake.
and I gave him his salary too.

The boss gave him a Seiko watch and I got a 10sen coin from him.
It's a gift being sold!

Hope his dad has more patience than the boss here.

    It is true that working in KL is more stressful than most states in our country. The competition is stiffer and things move faster, making our Blood Pressure up too! I always teased the bloggers that people in Taiping have happy and long lives.

    I am sure his father will be more patient with him because Lim is his son after all! But can his father pay him as much as his generous boss? A seiko watch as a farewell gift is indeed a generous gift.

We visited the famous Harrods.. the Harrods building   the store's interior has an Ancient Egyptian theme... Twin bananas

Today this cute little darling visited me. His grandparents brought him over for the very first time. He's so cute as he smiled readily. I was tempted to carry him and he was fine with that. Some babies don't like strangers.  I carried him and kissed his cheek several times..So adorable. Without hesitation, I gave him an ang pow. his granddad put him on the table and I took a shot of him.. When I went back home in the evening, I realized that the bunch of bananas at the altar has ripen. I brought the bunch to my shop and shared with my people. There was this particular twin bananas and my worker wanted them. She peeled them and I could see that they were adjoined all the way down.
