My blood test report

This morning, I went to collect my blood test report. Everything was fine except..

Haemoglobin 10.8 only - should be at least 11.5

I should consume more Iron-based food..

Calcium 8.3 - should be at least 8.4

Doctor advised me to exercise.

Here's my ECG report..

Normal ECG

On my way back, I stopped by the Tow Boh Keong Temple .

Look at these giant "mee ku"..

Of course, I bought some of the "mee ku".

  1. Use iron wok to cook sour food, good supply of iron. Don't take too much meat, it will make it difficult for our body to absorb calcium.
Wah, Dr ask you to exercise, you go and buy tortoise buns......don't exercise slowly like tortoise ok....ha ha ha!

  9. Follow your doctor's advice. Try not to allow your calcium to dip otherwise osteoporosis will occur later. Prevention is always best.

  11. Missed the mee-ku..:( btw the low count in haemoglobin could be due to the cause of nature for women at certain times of the month or could be due to Thalassemia You can do a thorough blood test to find out but yours is pretty OK merely slightly lower than the norm nothing much to worry. Doctors would normally not recommend any consumption of iron tablets or any vitamins that contain high content of iron if someone has Thalassemia.
