Long lost friends

Last year, I got active in Facebook and found many of my friends. My friend from Segamat, SL, came all the way to meet me. Then she took me to meet my two other friends in Ipoh. I have also met a friend in KL. Recently when I was in Singapore, I met 3 more friends.

Yesterday, I met another long lost friend, FG. She and her husband treated 5 of us to a scrumptious dinner at Yum Yum, Ipoh.

After the dinner, we went over to FG's place. 
We looked through all those photos of us when we were in school.


SL showed us all those photos of those that we haven't met yet.

It is a wonder that we finally got to meet each other again.
Thanks to SL for getting us together and thanks to Facebook too.

    I only signed up for Facebook last year and tracked all my college mates in US and Korea. They are so precious to me now. Friends are so important to keep us going, agree?

    Yum Yum indeed! Food looks great. Ya...Facebook's good for getting in touch with old old friends...and keeping in touch with everybody.

    It is always good and happy moments when we could meet up with long lost friends but the sad part is when those are not as keen as we are in meeting up with the long lost friends

At Harrods

We visited the famous Harrods.. the Harrods building   the store's interior has an Ancient Egyptian theme... Harrods is a high-end department store located in Brompton Road in Brompton , in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea , London . Twin bananas

Today this cute little darling visited me. His grandparents brought him over for the very first time. He's so cute as he smiled readily. I was tempted to carry him and he was fine with that. Some babies don't like strangers.  I carried him and kissed his cheek several times..So adorable. Without hesitation, I gave him an ang pow. his granddad put him on the table and I took a shot of him.. When I went back home in the evening, I realized that the bunch of bananas at the altar has ripen. I brought the bunch to my shop and shared with my people. There was this particular twin bananas and my worker wanted them. She peeled them and I could see that they were adjoined all the way down. Well, old wives tale has it that those ladies who ate them would give birth to twins in future..
