Pasta Reggia

I don't normally work on Sundays but today I had to go work at 10am-2pm as the boss had to attend a meeting. So before I went to work, I prepared brunch for the three of us. 

ingredients ready

boiled the pasta

scrambled eggs with onions and carrots

Prego Mushroom sauce with minced meat, garlic and tomatoes

olive oil, black pepper and mixed herbs too

My first time cooking Pasta Reggia.
I usually cooked Spaghetti or Angel Hair


At about 4.30pm, I visited the Jalan Silibin Ramadan bazaar again. This time I bought three items.
kuih batik RM4.50

kuih limas RM1.50

kuih manis RM1.00

    3. So far we never complaint that. We prefer this brand than the rest. Or else if I see many nice ripe tomatoes... I'll prepare my own sauce.

    1. We use same brand of Olive Oil. Somehow I wanted to support the local Lam Soon Oil, so I bought that for value for money.

  7. I like to eat pasta and I can eat them without the usual sauce, just drizzle with olive oil and italian herbs and I can finish the whole plate. I am sure your children love to eat the pasta and sauce you cooked.

    I read your answer to Angeline in the comment section. What do you mean by you gargle the olive oil? You mean gargle it and then spit it out? Wouldn't it be a waste of the olive oil?

    1. Just gargle some olive oil in the morning to kill bacteria in the mouth. Yes, just spit it out.

    i mean i believe that when a food
    has more color on it, the taste was stronger
