Crispy Prawn
My husband bought some large prawns and wanted them to be cooked using this cereal mix but my mum was so reluctant as she hasn't done this before. So since today I was free, I just gave it a quick cook. I haven't done this before too.
I quickly deep-fried the prawns until cooked. Then I removed them and drained them. At the meantime, I simply poured some corn oil and stirred-fried the curry leaves until fragrant. Next, I added the prawns and the cereal mix.
As simple as ABC!
Yummy!
Yummy!
