Off to college

On the 2 Jan 2013, I started my journey at 3.30pm and I reached my girl's college at 7pm. It was a long journey..The office closed at 6pm and luckily my friend was there to collect the room key for me. She reached there earlier..

Here's some snapshots of the hostel..


We took our girls for their dinners and then put them in their respective rooms..

After saying goodbye, my friend and I adjourned to Seri Nilai Hotel for our night stay before we settled our girls' registration the next day..

I booked the hotel online and it cost RM100.

    The photos remind me of my hostel room years ago. Is the room allocated to her a single room? All the best to your daughter! Happy college life!

      I drove fast but not at Slim River where the AES is there..

    that is indeed a neat hostel though i won't say it's nice, haha.. anyway, with all the basic things and amenities, i think it's a wise choice to stay in the hostel.. your girl surely will have more convenience and safety compared to staying in houses outside..

    the hotel room looks clean and tidy, and at RM100 i think it's quite reasonable.. anyway you were just bunking in for a night, that's really not a big issue.. :)

    The mattress is so thick, must be very comfortable, wonder you have brought along the right size bed sheet for the mattress for your girl, haha!!

At Harrods

We visited the famous Harrods.. the Harrods building   the store's interior has an Ancient Egyptian theme... Twin bananas

Today this cute little darling visited me. His grandparents brought him over for the very first time. He's so cute as he smiled readily. I was tempted to carry him and he was fine with that. Some babies don't like strangers.  I carried him and kissed his cheek several times..So adorable. Without hesitation, I gave him an ang pow. his granddad put him on the table and I took a shot of him.. When I went back home in the evening, I realized that the bunch of bananas at the altar has ripen. I brought the bunch to my shop and shared with my people. There was this particular twin bananas and my worker wanted them. She peeled them and I could see that they were adjoined all the way down. Well, old wives tale has it that those ladies who ate them would give birth to twins in future..
