Athens Day 3 Morning
At Meliá Athens “The Journey” through gastronomy starts on daily basis
in the main restaurant ‘Vivendo’ where the full buffet breakfast is
served.
Breakfast at the Melia Athens Hotel was almost the same.
I seldom take kiwi but this kiwi was tempting enough.
With the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill as a backdrop, Meliá Athens
provides magnificent facilities, spacious dining areas with views of the
historic monuments and a modern health club with cardiovascular
equipment.
After breakfast, my sister and I decided to go up to the highest floor to view the Health Club. There are the sauna, gym and even the massage room.
I realized that the area has a ship theme. Love its contemporary design.
Then we adjourned to the Corinth Canal..
I like to eat kiwi fruits so I will surely eat a few at this breakfast buffet if I were there. This hotel looks good. If one day I got a chance to go to Athens, I would want to stay there too.
ReplyDeleteDid you have to wake up very early in the morning to eat breakfast and then go for sightseeing?
