Ginyi Bird's Nest

My mum has gone back to her hometown in Taiping as she needs to visit her doctor for her regular check-ups. Few days ago, I called her. She told me that she has seen a doctor as she was coughing away. She said that she would be visiting her doctor again next week.

Initially I thought of fetching her back to my place and then follow me to KL. But since she's not well, my girl and I will visit her soon..in the morning. I won't be going to work..

My husband asked me to boil bird's nest for her. It's still boiling right now. 

But I'm also getting her this Ginyi bottled bird's nest.
Hope that she will recover fast.

    are those bottle bird nest good?
    I heard that they use a lot of agar agar in it..

    So nice of you... but does bird nest helps to resist cough? my mom had been coughing for quite some time too.. eventually took antibiotics.. no choice.. if this helps, I will get some for my mom...

      according to my mum, her neighbor said that it's great for curing cough. maybe you can let your mum try..after all it's nutritious too..

    Hope she will get well soon. Coughs are hard to cure. May be she is taking certain medications like High Blood pressure tablets which has coughing as side effect. Bird's nest soup is good for lung ailments. All the best. You are a filial daughter. Happy and Prosperous New Year to you and your family.

Twin bananas

Today this cute little darling visited me. His grandparents brought him over for the very first time. He's so cute as he smiled readily. I was tempted to carry him and he was fine with that. Some babies don't like strangers.  I carried him and kissed his cheek several times..So adorable. Without hesitation, I gave him an ang pow. his granddad put him on the table and I took a shot of him.. When I went back home in the evening, I realized that the bunch of bananas at the altar has ripen. I brought the bunch to my shop and shared with my people. There was this particular twin bananas and my worker wanted them. She peeled them and I could see that they were adjoined all the way down.
