Happy Birthday, Boss!

This morning my boss couldn't get up due to hangover from last night's birthday hangout at the pub. I had to go and open the shop at 8.30am. At 9.30am, he came so I went back to do my housework. At noon, I brought the cake over to the shop. Then I asked my part-time worker to help me to buy KFC as a birthday treat to all of us.

spicy fried chicken

fresh from KFC nearby

We lighted a candle and asked him to pose with the cake.

Forgotten to ask him to make a wish. He has already blown the candle.
I cut the cake and distributed piece by piece to the staff and workers.

Kept this piece for the boss.

Happy birthday, Boss!

Guess he's not too happy as he lost his wallet at the pub last night..

But he's happy that he could take a good break in the afternoon.
as he didn't have enough sleep last night.

  21. You are always so kind to share food and happiness with everyone. I was wondering what is the difference when you mentioned staff and workers?? Are they all not the same paid employees?

    1. staff are monthly paid and has EPF but workers are part time and being paid by the hours.

  22. I realized that KFC is always the best fast food to order for office celebrations. It is better than order McDonald burgers or pizza. Chicken is like a celebrated delicacy!

  23. Though it was just a simple celebration, it was the thought that counts. I like that very yummy cake of your boss.
