A date with my boy

The night before yesterday, my boy was pestering me to watch a movie with him. He asked, 'When was the last time you watched a movie?' I told him that it could be more than a year since my girl left for UK. When my girl was around, she loved to take me for a movie. I was reluctant to do so but finally he managed to persuade me.

So yesterday afternoon, I went to fetch him from his band training place in town. From there, we proceeded to Station 18. It was a long drive and I was not sure if I was on the correct road. But thankfully, I was right.

We reached there at about 4.20pm and we tried to get the 4.30pm tickets. Unfortunately, only the front seats were vacant. So I bought the 5.30pm of another show.

the tickets cost RM15 each

Since we had ample time to eat, we went to the Pancake House.
the blueberry pancake RM9.90

and the lemon pancake RM11.90

It took quite some time for them to prepare the pancakes. When it came, we quickly ate them and started walking to the cinema.

We bought the kokokrunch Popcorn RM12

It was my time spent with my boy and
he liked it.

What's inside in between the layers of the lemon pancake? Lemon cream?

Wow, I am drooling looking at the kokocrunch popcorn.. It looks like it has soooo much caramel coated in it.

  6. wow, RM15 for the ticket?? this is expensive, i think in KL the most expensive is like RM14 only (of course not couple seat or 3D or premier of gold class).. but i have discounts with my credit card so i watch cheaper movies here in KL, hehe!! :D

  8. What a lovely Mama & Son outing! I never had the chance to watch movies with just my mother alone. It was my parents who took us whole family to movies but that was so rare too.

  9. I watch movies very often like minimum once a week and twice maximum. The reason is because being inside the cinema will help us to relieve out all the stress in our head. That helps my wife who is easily stressed by the monstrous classes she teaches! LOL
