Chilli Sauce Crabs

Well, I didn't cook the crabs last Friday. I kept them in the ice box. Before I started my journey to Taiping last Sunday, I had taken out the crabs from the ice box and put them in the fridge.

When I reached home after my Taiping trip,  I called the boss and asked if he wanted to eat crabs. He said, 'Why not?' So I cooked the rice for the four of us and then prepared the ginger, the beaten eggs and the sauce. I just used the Maggi Chilli Sauce.

First I heated up the oil and fried the ginger till fragrant. Then I fried the crabs and covered them for some time. When they were cooked, I poured the sauce mixed with some water and a pinch of salt onto the crabs.

Simmered them till almost dried. Poured the beaten eggs onto them and covered for a while. Stirred them up, I turned off the fire.

My Chilli Sauce crabs

We enjoyed eating them as it was a holiday. We wouldn't enjoy eating them if  we were working.

By the way, it's already a new month and I would like to announce my regular commenters for September. They are:
Mun, TM, Sharon and Hayley.
They had commented on every single post.
So make sure you don't miss even one post.
Anyway, thank you all for your support!

Thanks to all my dearest readers, including the silent ones.

  16. Honestly, this WENNder Chef makes cooking sound so easy! You never failed to impress and influence me a bit. Now I cut pineapples so easily like an expert already and I am happy as I always thought it was the hardest chore!

I also started to use left over tea bags to soak my drinking bottles overnight to get rid of the pong! It works!
