Convocation Day
My girl's convocation was held at St Albans Cathedral. We went to collect her robe from a place not far from the cathedral.
She came out all ready for the grand occasion of her life.
We had to walk to the cathedral and when we reached there, we had to show our invitation card.
The VIPs were all seated before the ceremony started.
Undergraduates went to the stage when their names were called. It was a very quick presentation.

The sun shone brightly that day..thank God!

ReplyDeleteI am sure you were the proudest mama that day! Did you cry????? Muahahahaha
When I graduated, my parents did not come as I told them not to. It would take them more than 33 hours flying to reach my place in US and so costly too. In the end, I felt emo and shed a tear pula when I went on stage! Silly me!
