Inverness
We passed by the Scottish highlands and soon we reached Inverness. We chose to join a Loch Ness cruise.
just a moderate size ferry
not much to see but I like this view
even the water was not clear
we spotted a castle
and it was definitely very cold..
I like to observe the water..
looking for Nessy..
would love to touch them
Overall, it's a relaxing cruise and it's comfortable with the proper
winter clothing.
it was indeed very beautiful.. heard lots about Loch Ness and also Nessy but have not been there, and surely have not seen Nessy in real.. hahahaha!! :p
ReplyDeletelove that view too, mountains decorated by colorful leaves on the trees.. so it was autumn while you were there huh?? nice, especially the last photo, seems like the colors were in distinct layers, awesome!! :)
ReplyDeleteAnother great experience with cruise again. I would love to take a shot with the big dino there...
ReplyDeleteLayers of colour from the trees are definitely the best thing to see.
ReplyDeleteToday is Christmas eve, I'm very excited here just don't know why.... Merry Christmas Wenn.
ReplyDeleteGood morning Wenn...
ReplyDeleteIt's Christmas eve...
ReplyDeleteLoves the views...
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and your family...
ReplyDeleteThat's Any dream vacation since young ! I want to see the real monster ! Lol
ReplyDeleteI didn't come by here... I went to River Tay instead... very cold, I can see you... grrrrrggggrr...
ReplyDeleteWENNakam! I think this lake has been featured in a TV Documentary many years ago and it looked nice. They interviewed few people who saw Loch Ness swimming in the waters! You managed to survive the cold without having to wrap your head and hands. Strong woman!
ReplyDeleteLook very cold and windy there. Bbbbbrrrr! @_@
ReplyDeleteI also wish I could see and touch one Loch Ness too. But I guess it is just a legend.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and family, Wenn! Have a blessed and wonderful day.
ReplyDeleteNo Nessie appearance? hihihi
ReplyDeleteGood afternoon wenn!
ReplyDeleteHmm nothing much interesting to see, but it's still very beautiful!
Yea, can tell it's very cold, especially when we're on a cruise! ;)
DeleteLast but not least, merry merry Christmas to you and family!
DeleteHello Wenn, Good to read that you enjoyed the cruise. Did you visit the Loch Ness museum too?
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and your family!
Nessy must have been looking at you. :D
ReplyDeleteOn the first picture, is it showed on some movie before???
ReplyDeleteScotland in the winter?? hmm, freezing cold!! surprised the Loch Ness boat tour still operates during this time. did the boat have sonar equipment to show what's under the water??
