December Fun

I love December as it's filled with Christmas mood and all. Well, I have got some headbands from UK and I wish to make December fun.

First of all, I got my people to wear those headbands...
one of my suppliers showing his support
even one of my customers was sporting enough
the kids were in for the fun too
most importantly, from Chang Jiang!


It wouldn't be fun without a Christmas tree, right?. Bought it last Sunday.

    Really Christmas atmosphere happening in Chang Jiang! As for the prices, let me give some wild guess. Christmas tree around RM30 and hamper is around RM60. :)

    Chang Jiang is really getting festive with sporting staff and customers wearing the festive head gears and having fun. Good job Wenn!

    My guess - christmas tree RM19.90 and the hamper is RM88

      yes, we need to get festive by doing just that.

      The christmas is very expensive as it comes together with the ornaments and lightings.
      The hamper costs a bit more.

    nice headbands Wenn!! all the way from UK and they surely may not be found in Ipoh or even in KL huh?? i like the green tree the little girl was wearing, cute.. and of course the Chang Jiang staff too, surely the customers will be delighted walking into the shop.. BTW, the boss is not going to wear any?? :p

      Thanks, SK! Yea, I haven't seen such headbands anywhere. They may be considered expensive but most importantly, they look good.

      Yes, customers are glad to see us in Christmas mood. The boss is a little bit fussy. He might wear his Christmas hat during the Christmas day itself.

    Since you have not reveal the cost of the Christmas tree and the hamper, can we guess again?

    Christmas tree with all the ornaments and lighting, RM70 and the hamper is RM138.

    My guesses are Rm 150 for the Christmas tree and Rm 120 for the hamper. With the tree, your customers would definitely be in a festive mood.

      Ya first time we got that tree. The hamper is much cheaper but the tree cost a little bit more than that.

Twin bananas

Today this cute little darling visited me. His grandparents brought him over for the very first time. He's so cute as he smiled readily. I was tempted to carry him and he was fine with that. Some babies don't like strangers.  I carried him and kissed his cheek several times..So adorable. Without hesitation, I gave him an ang pow. his granddad put him on the table and I took a shot of him.. When I went back home in the evening, I realized that the bunch of bananas at the altar has ripen. I brought the bunch to my shop and shared with my people. There was this particular twin bananas and my worker wanted them. She peeled them and I could see that they were adjoined all the way down. Well, old wives tale has it that those ladies who ate them would give birth to twins in future..
