Cakes

My part-time worker bought this cake for me.

 
 It's from the Baker's Cottage.


the cake was ready cut..very convenient
 yummy sponge cake


My cashier said that she was hungry. So she bought this cake from my shop.


I cut it for her and I got to taste a piece of it..
Nice chocolatey moist cake

    Oh, your shop sells cakes too? Very convenience for your customers - they can get almost everything from grocery to bakery, hehe~

    i've also seen that chocolate cake in the convenience shop and very tempted to buy but worry if it's nice.. so since you said it's good, i may buy one to try.. :)

    I saw the price tag for the moist chocolate cake. RM5.50 for that loaf is reasonable for me.

      I usually don't buy any cakes from convenience shop. Don't know how good is it. But the one you're selling (from the photo) looks good indeed.

      I peep again to see what brand is it.. "Samudra" correct? Must be local made, distribution from Ipoh?

    Sometimes I get cravings for cakes like this and will pop over to the local convenient shop to buy them. Good of your people to share cakes with everyone to eat.

    I definitely like the sponge cake. It looks very spongy and soft. Have been trying to get that sort of texture during my baking fever days.

We visited the famous Harrods.. the Harrods building   the store's interior has an Ancient Egyptian theme... Twin bananas

Today this cute little darling visited me. His grandparents brought him over for the very first time. He's so cute as he smiled readily. I was tempted to carry him and he was fine with that. Some babies don't like strangers.  I carried him and kissed his cheek several times..So adorable. Without hesitation, I gave him an ang pow. his granddad put him on the table and I took a shot of him.. When I went back home in the evening, I realized that the bunch of bananas at the altar has ripen. I brought the bunch to my shop and shared with my people. There was this particular twin bananas and my worker wanted them. She peeled them and I could see that they were adjoined all the way down. Well, old wives tale has it that those ladies who ate them would give birth to twins in future..
