A Challenge
I challenged myself to run the steps everyday but I failed to do so. On certain days, I was plain lazy. Some days I had to leave for work early.
Out of 30 days, I only achieved 16 days. Hope I will do better next month. I also challenged myself to run at least 30 steps and I did! In fact, I found it too easy so I gradually increased the steps to be covered. I discovered that 80 steps was good enough. I will try to add the number of steps next month.
Discovery:
1. Running the steps was not easy. It's easier to run down the steps than to run up the stairs.
2. 30 steps for a start was good. As my stamina increased, my steps had increased. So far 80 steps.
3. My heart started to beat fast at the middle of the run.
4. I only started to sweat profusely after the run. It took some time for me to cool down.
5. I felt good and fit after my run.
6. It's convenient to run the steps as I didn''t need to go all the way to the Polo ground for my runs.
7. I also felt that my legs got stronger. I could stand whole afternoon without sitting.
8. My blood circulation was enhanced too.
9. Last but not least, I had great appetite for food. Is that good?
It's good as long as you don't eat too much! Running steps is hard!
ReplyDeleteYes, I think having a good appetite is good provided like Jeanette mentioned above, don't eat too much. Please be careful when running the steps.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day!
exercise is definitely a good thing and i can see those symptoms are pretty normal.. keep it up and you'll sure be even healthier, probably can ditch away your expensive Fitline products~~ hehe!! :p
ReplyDeletewell done but wear a knee protection too. Walking so many steps may hurt the knees.
ReplyDeleteJust try to gain slowly lo!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend ahead!!! =]
Good Job Wenn. Good afternoon Wenn.
ReplyDeleteRunning on the staircase is a very good exercise for your both legs.
ReplyDeleteNot only become stronger but become lighter. Plus with your daily healthy product Fitline
Delete80 steps? That is a very good number. Probably you still can go much further till 100steps!
ReplyDeleteIf you can even maintain 80steps also consider very good enough already.
ReplyDeleteA total of 882 steps in 16 days!
ReplyDeleteSo are you ready for the next challenge?
ReplyDeleteSuch strong determination! Jia You!!
ReplyDeleteRun Wenn Run...
ReplyDeleteGood for you! :)
ReplyDeleteOh my! You did these? You rock!
ReplyDeleteKeep running.
ReplyDeleteThis is really an interesting post to know that you actually recorded down your steps!! You achieved 16 days out of 30 days, that's good. You look fit and good enough so no need to push yourself so hard.
ReplyDeleteI must also follow your steps and record my visits to the gym. I think I could have achieved 25 out of 30 days but never thought of making records! I will do it tomorrow 1st September!! Thanks for sharing new ideas always!
ReplyDeleteNever mind wenn, you can always do better next time!
ReplyDeleteI am resuming my yoga sessions, must be hardworking in it now to burn off those fats I brought home from my recent trip, hehe~
