Fried Noodles
Yesterday, my cashier was on leave so needless to say, I had to be at the shop earlier than expected. But I needed to prepare lunch for us. I thought fried noodles would be appropriate as it's very easy to prepare.
Firstly, I boiled the noodles till soft. At the same time, I prepared some omelet. I also fried the minced meat with garlic and then stir-fried the bean sprout and sawi.
I poured all the ingredients onto the noodles.
Added some black sauce and soya sauce.
Stirred them up on low fire.
Ready to be served for four of us!
Very nicely done, Wenn....
ReplyDeleteGood morning Wenn,
ReplyDeleteThe fried noodles you cooked look really delicious and nutritious too with so many ingredients. Usually when we eat out, we don't get this many ingredients. I like to eat fried noodles like this and that portion seemed to me too little for 4 persons but I guess all of you are not big eaters.
May you enjoy your day Wenn!
Good morning Wenn...

ReplyDeletefried noodles is very convenient, no need to think of other dishes to prepare..I do not add beansprout in my cooking because my old and young ones do not like beansprouts.
ReplyDeletemy girls love eating mee..they will have no complain if I were to serve mee, just plain eggs with noodles is good enough for them.
